DNH will facilitate non-profit mortgages for low to moderate income families that earn up to 120% AMI (Area Median Income) or $85,000 per year income. The new product offering will drive community growth resulting in strong mixed income neighborhoods.

Submission of the 1003 and supporting documentation.
DNH will give you a Loan Estimate LE that outlines the proposed terms of your loan, including projected payment, loans amount, interest rate and other important information.
The underwriter is responsible for reviewing the entire loan package and issuing an approval.
After your loan application is reviewed, your Residential Mortgage Loan Officer (RMLO) will notify you by phone or email to provide initial approval of your loan. If your loan is not approved, you’ll receive a letter explaining the decision.
At the closing, the DNH "funds" the loan with a cashier's check, draft or wire to the selling party in exchange for the title to the property. This is the point at which you have completed the loan process and the transaction is "closed.”
